/agree on more armors

/agree on less "pointy/spikey" armors... we fight with Swords and Wands... not our shoulders and knees... one shoulder is ok to fill the gap with/without a shield... but not these huge WoW Shoulder Pads that you can stab yourself in the head with...

and BTW... PANT THE PARAGONS PLEASE!!! (not to mention the monument Warrior Armor too... the armor as a whole is good... but the open knees just doesn't jive)

A friend said being a foreignly owned game their main audience is from elsewhere To kill my warrior just salute him, he'll stab himself to death returning it. A female player suggested the artists need dates, the armor is very Fruedian. LOL
At least a couple of the armour designers are girls (this is revealed in the 'Making of' CD that came with the CE of Nightfall). Not sure whether that makes it better or worse...

My personal pet peeve with armour is the lack of choice for Paragons, especially female ones - they're basically all iterations on the theme of Battle Bra and skirt with different ornamentations. While each profession is supposed to have its own 'flavour', the Paragon's armours are just a little too homogenous. A set or two with a covered midriff for the girls, and with trousers under the skirt for both sexes (like Hayda's Deldrimor set) wouldn't go astray.

Dervishes have a similar issue, but they do have a greater range of robe styles and degrees of coverage.

And, for the record: Agreed on the Warrior Monument. It's probably the most blatent example of reskinning in EOTN as it looks like a top-heavy jumble of mismatched pieces (where most of the others, including some of the Deldrimor 'sets', are seamless enough that you can only tell they're reskins by comparing with the original). They'd probably have been better off leaving it out entirely and having Silver Eagle made by Brett instead.

I would love to see more sin/rit/derv/para armor. Sins especially, I want my sin to wear something that looks sleek, deadly, and easy to move in without a lot of pointy chunks hanging off the arms or wings that extend beyond the body. Deldrimor is very promising, but it's not a full set.

Anyway, I'm totally not expecting it to happen... I'd just like to see more armor for non-core classes. :P

Edit: draxynnic's totally right about the paragon class. I get that they're supposed to bring angelic and vaguely Roman themes to mind, but how many white chest pieces with metal skirts can a lady wear in her life?
